Dispatch times
We dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail, from the United Kingdom. While we do everything we can to get your order moving quickly, please bear with us if delivery is occasionally delayed by things outside our control, such as postal strikes, adverse weather, or courier disruptions.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:
- UK orders: standard Royal Mail delivery times apply once dispatched.
- International orders: delivery can take up to 14 days, depending on your location and local delivery network.
We ship worldwide.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Customs and import fees
If you're ordering within the UK, you won't face any additional delivery charges beyond what you see at checkout.
If you're ordering to the Republic of Ireland, customs and duty charges are calculated automatically and included in your checkout total.
For orders to anywhere else in the world, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees may be applied by your country's border authorities once your parcel arrives, and these are collected directly by the courier rather than by us. Aniqart isn't able to cover or take responsibility for these charges. Many countries only apply them above a certain order value, so it's worth checking with your local customs authority beforehand if you'd like to know what to expect.
Order corrections
If you've just placed an order and spotted an error, please contact us straight away at contact@aniqart.co.uk with your order number and email address. We dispatch quickly, so there's only a small window to catch it, but we'll always do our best to help.
If the mistake is in your delivery address, send us your order number, email address, and the corrected address in full, and we'll try to update it before your order ships
